Harris and Frances leading.

I'm sorry I didn't get better pictures, but my camera was accidentally set on "movie" and I didn't notice until too late.

Anyway, we had pleasant weather for our walk in Mason.  Chelane, John, Frances and Harris were joined by Jim & Mary (& Maggie), Nancy, Joan, and new member Earl Sauers.  Darrell joined us for lunch at Cayenne Grill.

Jeff and I took our new measuring wheel out on the Mason walk last week and found it was 11K, so I have revised the info about the walk to show that it is in 6K and 5K loops.

Some of us are going to do Grand Ledge next Saturday, along with the measuring wheel.  If you'd like to join us, we'll see you at Sweet Linda's Cafe at 10 am.

MPHI has contributed $500 to our club to help support our efforts to make more walks available.  With part of that donation serving as seed money, I have placed an order for 20 club t-shirts.  They will be white with our logo on the front.  When we get a quorum next, we can officially decide how much we'll sell them for.  The rest, in the mean time, I'd like us to save for 2007 sanction fees and national club dues coming this summer.

Quincy is going to open on April 1st.  Dot will be delivering the box to the Quincy Golf Course.  The Columbia City, Indiana event is on April 2nd.  Let me know if you want to carpool down to Columbia City (just west of Fort Wayne) or if you'd like to meet up and walk Quincy instead?  I can't do the 1st, but the 2nd is free for me.

Our Great Lakes Weekend during Labor Day weekend 2006 has a few seats still available.  If you are interested in going with us, you need to get your registration in.

See you in Birmingham on April 22, if not before then!
