Walking the Volkssport Way

in Central and SE Michigan

Hi, we hope you will come and walk with us!  AVA walks are all about fitness, fun and friends!  Our walks are non-competitive, so there's no pressure.  Our official routes now all have a 5 or 6 K option for those that don't have the time or stamina for a 10 or 11K.

*  We have YREs open now in Grand Ledge, East Lansing, Haslett, Mason, Stockbridge, Jackson, Howell, Owosso, Brighton, Plymouth, Northville, Dearborn, Birmingham

*  We had a great trip to Niagara Falls!  Plans for the 2008 Trip are being made for the Mammoth Caves area in Kentucky for Memorial Day weekend.

*  We are planning our next event for May 2008 in Crosswinds Marsh.
